Please note that for health and safety reasons, certain intimate items cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene strips remain attached to the garments.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
